Simple way to do that, just use photomerge on Photoshop.

Step 1.
first time you take a picture with a sequence mode. and you take from right side until the left side.

Open the Adobe Photoshop CS4.
go to File-Automate-photomerge. then you browse file sequence you already take it, use layout to Auto and the klik OK.

Final Step.
Now you just waiting the proses, adobe photoshop will make it better result.
